Lemon Curd


How to Make Lemon Curd:

To make lemon curd I followed this recipe and trust me it tastes so good.


Ingredients:
  • 6 to 8 Lemons
  • 4 eggs yolk
  • 170g sugar
  • 50g butter (I use Nurpur)
  • Grated rind of 6 to 8 lemons 
Instructions:
  • I grate the lemons first and then squeeze the juice of those lemons.
  • Take pot boil water, now take 2nd pot or any glass dish which you can easily put on top of that pot. 
  • In a 2nd pot melts butter and sugar than add lemon juice, grated lemon peel, eggs yolk. Or you can add all together as it works well

  • Stir it until it is thicken.
  • Strain (its optional) and pour it in a jar. Keep it in the refrigerator. It really tasty when you put it on a toast. You can also use it for tart or cakes.
