Banana Cake

How to Make Banana Cake:
I followed this recipe to make this delicious banana cake. My Aunty shared this receipe with me and its really amazing and delicious cake. 

Ingredients:
Dry Ingredient:

• All-purpose Flour (plain flour)      3 cups
• Baking Powder      2 tsp
• Baking Soda          2 tsp
• Salt                        1 tsp
• Sugar                     1 & ½ cup
• Oil or butter          1 cup (you can use half cup oil and half cup butter I use oil and it make cake more soft and moist)
• Eggs                       4
• Vanilla Essence     4 tsp
• Banana                  2 cups mashed
• Nuts (optional)

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350 c. Grease pan and set aside. (select the pan of your choice, and half the batter)
• Sift all together the first 4 ingredients and set aside. 
• Now in a big bowl combine oil and sugar. And add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition of egg. Now stir in the vanilla. 
• Then add dry ingredients and mix well.
• Now add banana and nuts. Mix well until well blended.
• Pour the material in prepared pan and bake for 25mins or until done.
